Half rack (6 ribs) / full rack (12 ribs) of St Louis Wichita Pork Spare Ribs, vacuum sealed. Sourced from America. We prefer them due to their consistent quality, size and flavour. Smoked for 6 hours over feijoa wood and glazed with The Good Food Society special BBQ sauce to finish.
Best served hot. To serve, bring a pot of water to the boil and place vacuum bag in the pot. Turn down to a medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Will keep for 7-10 days refrigerated or can be frozen. Will last 3-4 months in the freezer.
